In addition to our understanding of textiles, we apply modern techniques and technologies to achieve the best quality and customer satisfaction.

Manufacturing

We provide high-quality textile products made from an array of raw materials in various locations of Asia that will suit our customer’s needs and wishes. We have standardized our process to ensure that our quality standards are maintained across the board.

Making Thread

We choose the raw materials (wool, cotton, linen, synthetic fiber, etc.) and spin either single or multiple raw materials into yarn. The count (thread thickness) and yarn density (twisting frequency) are adjusted according to the standard textile products.

Dyeing

Most raw yarn is often left uncolored in Japan. Therefore, we will dye it. The dyeing process depends on the pattern, texture, and raw materials. Based on this information, we will choose whether to dye the raw materials (top dyeing) or to dye the fabric once it is produced (post dyeing). To ensure that the highest standards of quality are met, we make sure the dyeing process is performed at the right time in production.

Weaving

We choose the weaving technique and correct loom based on the structure, pattern, and use of the material. Once this is selected, we begin to create the material.

Processing

Often times, the raw materials are hard or appear dirty in their natural state. We arrange and process the textile to create a beautiful final product. Most of the special processing, such as brushing and the application of water repellants, is completed at this time. Our arranging and processing techniques make the raw materials soft and release the natural beauty of the fabric.

Quality Assurance

We check for any scratches, stains, and blemishes that might have occurred during the process and make corrections to them before preparing them for shipment. Depending on the product, we perform intermediate repairs with machinery. Then, we will finish the modifications needed after the arrangement and processing of the textile to guarantee the greatest satisfaction. We will do this twice for some products to ensure quality standards.

Creating Textile Products

We produce textile products by combining various processes from the selection of raw materials to the arrangement process. Various raw materials, yarns, and processing methods are still being developed. We combine these with technology, new techniques, and our experience to develop products that will match the needs of our customers and provide satisfaction.
